1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you create an account or join the waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

2. License

Cyphreus LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in U.S. Dollars on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, use it to violate applicable law, or distribute plugins containing malware or infringing content.
